India: Pre-orders only, within 5-6 weeks

USA: 2-4 weeks

Exchanges

At Antariya, we meticulously handcraft our pieces and ship to different countries, and as we are a small business, we have limited flexibility with our return policies.

If there is a genuine problem with your order (damage, wrong size, wrong item, etc), please contact antariyabrand@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of your order (product + packaging)
• An explanation of the problem with the order

We will individually look at these requests on a case-by-case notice, and if yours is approved, we may offer store credit or an exchange.

If your exchange request is approved:

• You will be responsible for all costs associated with returning the item, including international shipping, customs duties, taxes, and any applicable handling fees.
• Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
• Please label the package as a "Return" to help prevent additional customs charges.
• We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return.
